A former professional player in the Hyundai A-League and in the United Kingdom, Beau Busch has been National Manager, Player Development at Professional Footballers Australia (PFA) since 2017.

Busch joined the PFA in 2014 as Media and Communications Manager, before moving into his current role.

As National Manager, Player Development, Busch oversees the Player Development Program at PFA, including the wellbeing, education and transition programs and service for the Hyundai A-League, Westfield W-League and senior national teams.

Busch will join fellow PFA representative John Didulica at IFCCA to present a joint keynote presentation at the conference, with the pair also set to discuss policy recommendations for the national approach to developing talent.
