With a career spanning 41 years of experience in football, current Technical Director of Inter Academy Marco Monti has played a part in crafting the career of some of Europe’s biggest names, including the likes of Mario Balotelli, Leonardo Bonucci and Mattia Destro.

The former Head Coach of the FC Internazionale Youth Sector teams has extensive experience in delivering the methodology of the world-famous Inter Academy, which places importance on the development of coaches as well as young footballers.
